ISW1202 Industrial Stormwater Annual Training Online

This course is available in both in-person and online formats.

This course is designed for people who are familiar with Industrial Stormwater Permits and would like to learn what's new in the 2025-2030 permit. This course also meets the Permit's annual training requirement. Course topics include a review of permit basics and a discussion of what's new in this new permit. There will be an extended discussion on PFAS monitoring and reporting. 

Prospective attendees must register individually online with their own individual email address. (NO GROUP REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS) The system does not allow an administrative assistant to register for you. The online course must be completed by March 31, 2026 or the course fee will be forfeited. Online registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In-person registrations are refundable until 1 week before the course and are transferrable.

Who should attend

This class is designed to meet the Industrial Stormwater General Permit requirements for annual training. The self-paced online course is designed to take approximately one hour to complete. This class is for:

• Employees responsible for writing, revising, and implementing the SWPPP;
• Employees responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing BMPs;
• Employees who conduct stormwater discharge monitoring.
• Employees whose work involves the regulated industrial activity – including loading/unloading areas, processing areas, waste and fluid management areas, fueling areas, and vehicle maintenance areas.
