In order to earn certification, the attendee must complete the course online by September 30, 2021 and must receive a score of 70% or above on the online exam.

This course is designed for those who inspect, maintain or direct maintenance on stormwater control measures and practices, such as ponds and infiltration systems. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of BMP processes, mechanics, operations and maintenance needs, and how to create and execute a maintenance work plan. This workshop has been created in a partnership between the Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering Department Erosion and Stormwater Management Certification Program and Extension.
